Theory for the OGE in Social Studies

A brief theory for successfully completing tasks (recommended reading before analyzing the options).

in SOCIAL STUDIES

1. Purpose of CMM for OGE- assess the level general education training in social studies for IX grade graduates educational organizations for the purpose of state final certification of graduates. The exam results can be used when admitting students to specialized classes in secondary schools.

OGE is carried out in accordance with Federal law Russian Federation dated December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ “On education in the Russian Federation.”

2. Documents defining the content of CMM

3. Approaches to content selection and CMM structure development

Examination model OGE work reflects the integral nature of the subject: in total, the tasks cover the main content lines of the social science course, the basic provisions of various areas of scientific social science.

The objects of control are didactic units of knowledge and requirements for the formation of skills, enshrined in the Federal component of the state educational standard. This is a wide range of subject skills, methods cognitive activity and knowledge about society in the unity of its spheres and basic institutions, about the social qualities of the individual and the conditions for their formation, about the most important economic phenomena and processes, about politics, law, social relations, and the spiritual life of society.

KIM tasks for the OGE vary in form and level of complexity, which is determined by the method of cognitive activity necessary to complete the task. Completing KIM tasks involves the implementation of such intellectual actions as recognition, reproduction and extraction of information, classification, systematization, comparison, specification, application of knowledge (based on a model or in a new context), explanation, argumentation, evaluation, etc. Advanced and high levels complexities, in contrast to basic ones, imply more complex, usually complex in nature, cognitive activity.

The specifics of the subject and social and humanitarian knowledge in general are also taken into account when selecting sources of information used in the examination work. These are usually the results sociological research, adapted texts from publications of a popular scientific, socio-philosophical nature, extracts from legal acts. For tasks on distinguishing between judgments reflecting facts and evaluative statements, small texts are constructed that are similar in style to media information messages.

4. Communication examination model OGE with KIM Unified State Exam

A number of tasks in the OGE exam model are similar in type Unified State Exam assignments. This approach seems completely justified, since the list of skills being developed and the basic components of content in primary and high school largely coincide. In addition, this approach allows, taking into account the role of the state final certification of primary school graduates in the emerging all-Russian system for assessing the quality of education, to ensure continuity of the two stages of the state final certification.

At the same time, when developing KIM for the OGE, the cognitive capabilities of primary school students, the volume and nature of the educational content presented to them in the subject were taken into account. This predetermined the features of the OGE examination model. The most significant differences from the KIM Unified State Examination have part 2 of the examination paper, which is not only an independent, but also an internally integral section: all six tasks of different types here are directly related to a specially selected text that illuminates a certain aspect of social reality.

5. Characteristics of the CMM structure

The examination paper consists of two parts, including 31 tasks. Part 1 contains 25 short-answer tasks, part 2 contains 6 long-answer tasks.

For each task 1-20 of the work, four answer options are offered, of which only one is correct. The task is considered completed correctly if the student writes down the number of the correct answer. The task is considered not completed in the following cases: a) the number of the incorrect answer is recorded; b) the numbers of two or more answers are recorded, even if the number of the correct answer is also indicated among them; c) the answer number is not recorded.

In tasks 21-25, the answer is given as a sequence of numbers (for example, 125), written without spaces or separating characters.

Answers to the tasks of Part 2 are independently formulated and written down by the examinee in detailed form. Their implementation is verified by experts based on a specially developed system of criteria.

Culture is everything that is not nature; everything that man artificially created himself. But at the same time, culture always unfolds and exists only on the basis of nature. If we call culture the brain, then nature is the body of culture. We must preserve and protect this body if we want to stay alive. Culture also includes man’s relationship to nature.

Since ancient times, there have been two approaches to the world around us - theoretical and mythopoetic. The latter is most clearly expressed in art, but is not at all its monopoly. The mythopoetic perception of the world was dominant in archaic and ancient cultures.

You can see the world around us, the earth as a warehouse of minerals, as a storehouse of energy, and this will be theoretically quite reasonable, but not a cultural attitude. A cultured person sees in nature not just dead matter, not just the earth as a source of crops, but also the earth as a mother. This is not a naive mistake, but a deep insight into the essence of nature. If we can't appreciate it. not because they grew up and became smart, but because they became one-sided, flat people and, in this sense, uncultured. “One spring morning,” said the famous naturalist G. Fechner, “I went out for a walk. The fields were green, the birds were singing, the dew was glistening... on all things lay the light of some kind of transformation. It was only a small piece of Earth; it was only one moment of her existence; and yet, as my gaze took in her more and more, it seemed to me not so beautiful, but so true and clear, that she was an angel, an angel so beautiful and fresh, and like a flower, and yet so steadily, moving so much in harmony with himself in the heavens, turning his whole living face to Heaven, and carrying me along with him into this Heaven, that I asked myself how human opinions could be so alienated from life that people consider the earth only dry block..."

Civil society

Civil society is a structured society. It contains within itself a mass of non-state associations that are independent of the state, and a person, being a member of one or more unions or associations, no longer stands alone in the face of the state machine. She can no longer calmly drive through it without even noticing it.

I am here not so much a citizen of the state as a member of the consumer union, a member of the firemen's assistance club, a parishioner of the temple, a visitor sports club. I am a member of a team with which we have common interests, we protect each other, we help each other. The same “Consumer Union” is very serious public organization, which, at your request, can sue any enterprise that produces low-quality goods and services. This organization has its own magazine, its own lawyers and can, in principle, ruin any public or private enterprise if it is found to be disrespecting consumer rights.

The sprouts of civil society are still emerging in our society. But if we take, for example, modern Germany, then it is highly developed there. Small enterprises are created that call themselves “collectives”, “ social projects" These are the centers preschool education, food co-ops, workshops, public libraries. There is a broad civil rights movement.

All this taken together creates a picture of a rich civil society, where a person can always find a group of like-minded people, can always receive protection from the injustices of the state and from his own loneliness. A person feels like a person only in his small group, where everyone knows, loves him and helps each other.

Inclinations and abilities

A child is born not with ready-made abilities, but with inclinations, i.e. such structural features of the brain and sensory organs that act as natural prerequisites for the development of abilities. The makings are multi-valued, i.e. on the basis of the same inclinations, different abilities can arise depending on the requirements of the corresponding activity. So, keen observation and good visual memory can be included in the structure of the abilities of an artist, investigator, geologist.

Whether the inclinations develop into abilities depends not only on individual characteristics personality, but also on historical conditions, on the needs of society. Certain abilities develop when there is a social need for them.

Let us consider this imaginary situation from this point of view. Somewhere on a distant island Pacific Ocean A boy was born with outstanding musical talents. Who can he become, considering that the people of his tribe do not know any other music except monophonic singing, and no other musical instrument except the drum? IN best case scenario this boy will go down in the history of the island as the most wonderful drummer. In other words, he will reach a level of development of his musical talent that is possible in certain social conditions. His fate would have been completely different if he had ended up in a country with a highly developed musical culture and found good teachers there.

What example does he use to illustrate this conclusion? Give your own example confirming this position (for example, good natural plasticity is important for both an athlete and an actor).

Social structure

In modern Western society, there are upper, middle and lower classes. A number of sociologists identify the working class as a separate group. One of the criteria for distinguishing them is wealth and income.

Wealth is all the property that belongs to a person. It includes, first of all, a house, land, that is, real estate. It also includes savings and shares. Income consists of wages for labor, as well as income received from investments (interest or dividends).

The upper class is small in number - only a few percent of the total population - but it holds a significant share of the wealth. At the same time, the number of people owning shares is increasing. So, in England in 1979 there were only 5% of such people, and at the end of the 80s, more than 20% of the population were shareholders.

The middle class is formed by representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as high-class specialists and employees of various categories. The working class consists of so-called blue collar workers - people engaged in manual labor. The lower class is formed, among others, by people who remain unemployed for a long time.

Some sociologists believe that class differences are becoming less important in developed countries. Taxes aimed at the rich, combined with benefits for the poor and disabled, smooth out the distinction between the top and the bottom.

31. The text presents the point of view according to which social class differences in modern Western countries are being smoothed out. Do you agree with this conclusion? Based on the text and social science and historical knowledge, give two arguments (arguments) in defense of your position.
